Florida humidity will generate mildew and algae growth fairly quickly. The trim of the house requires the most attention. This generally includes soffits, gables, porches and columns, doors and windows too. There are occasions where the brick will need to be cleaned as well and it's most likely the lower 2 foot where there's very little sun and it stays wet.
